It has exceptionally nice rooms and INCREDIBLE location near restaurants, cafes, super markets, banks, as well as water bus. I totally recommend this apartment for short stay.

our recent stay in venice was made extra special by the charming apartment we stayed in. The attention to detail in the finishes, such as the exposed beams and unique art pieces, truly added to the overall atmosphere. The hostess was amazing, providing us with all the information we needed and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a fantastic living room with an entertainment system. We loved the location, away from the crowds but still within walking distance of major attractions. it was an incredible experience that made us feel like locals.

The hostess was amazing, providing us with all the necessary information about the apartment and the area. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and well put together, with a thoughtful design. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room had a fantastic entertainment system. The location was great, not too far from a grocery store and within walking distance of major tourist attractions, while also being in a quieter area. the apartment enhanced our experience and made us feel like locals.
We felt to be welcomed, nothing to complain about.

As a traveler visiting Venice for leisure purposes, I stayed at a very convenient and well-planned apartment. Despite ongoing works in the common areas, the host ensured a thoughtful experience with flowers and a little note. The bathrooms were excellent, complete with dressing gowns and slippers. The WiFi was reliable, the beds were comfortable, and the heating system kept me warm during the cold weather. The nearby supermarket made it easy to purchase food and essentials, and the complimentary water in the fridge upon arrival was a nice touch.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
